Conflict/Problem Resolution
Conflict Resolution Chart Our goal is to provide our residents with affordable, well-maintained homes and an exceptional level of service and quality of life.
As such, if you have any issues you would like to be heard or concerns you would like to be addressed, you have several options. The initial step should always be to bring your concerns to your Neighborhood Management Office (NMO). The NMO will respond in a timely manner to your inquiry or concern, in accordance with the terms of your lease, the community handbook or any lease addenda you may have signed.
However, if you feel that the NMO has not satisfactorily responded to your concerns, you may contact the Navy Northwest General Manager at (360) 394-7290 or navynorthwest@forestcity.net to seek further assistance.
As always, you can bring your concerns to your local Navy Housing Services Center and they, too, can assist in addressing any issues or concerns you may have.
Your first step should always be to contact your local NMO and then you can explore the alternative options for resolution.
Please refer to the chart at the right for contact information. You can click on the image to open up a PDF of the document.

Your local NMO can be reached at one of the following numbers:
Naval Base Kitsap: 360.598.5831
NAS Whidbey Island: 360.679.4241
